Rates above include one display ad in South Florida Real Estate Marketplace magazine and one liner ad in the first two consecutive Saturday Miami Herald Real Estate Preview Guides and El Nuevo Herald's Sunday Real Estate Guide. The amount of lines depends on the size of the ad placed in the magazine. Liner ads do not apply to Retail or Rental advertisers. Corresponding lineage is a follows: 

Front Cover Package: 16 lines (2 ads of 8 lines each)
Full Page: 16 lines (2 ads of 8 lines each)
Half Page: 12 lines (2 ads of 6 lines each)
Buyer's Spot (double or single): 8 lines (2 ads of 4 lines each)

  • Page Position Requests: Will have a premium of 5% and are available on a first come, first served basis.
  • Multiple Page Discount: Discount of 15% on subsequent pages. Must be the same realtor/broker office.  Discount applies to page of equal or lesser value in the same issue.
  • Property Photos: Full Page Real Estate ads may contain up to 12 property photos with text. Half Page Real Estate ads may contain up to 6 property photos with text. Buyer's Spots and Double buyer's Spots may contain only one property photo with text. Double Buyer's Spots may also contain one agent photo and logo.
